You can start the submission process here. Submission is quick and simple, and should take no more than a few minutes. We will then contact you by telephone to schedule a face-to-face meeting – either at your property or at our office. Even if you do not yet have all the documents, you must submit at least the Caderneta (Property Tax Record) and the Certidão de Registo Predial (land registry certificate).
